The course starts with a "briefing", i.e. the preliminary explanation of the applied principle
including its progression and its objectives. The end of each meeting has a brief summary of the course followed by the interrogations of the Judoka thus testing the receptivity and preparing already the next course.
Practices:

| There are practicing exercises especially adapted for the successful use of the principles, of the theories specific to these Martial Arts. The significant example is the principle of "yielding up" which makes it possible to overcome a stronger opponent.
If the natural reflex to avoid a fist, or kick is dodging, it is not the same for a push, for a seizure where the natural
reflex is to resist, to oppose. This requires more physical force than its adversary and moreover, is against the principle
of "yielding" which makes it possible to overcome a stronger opponent.

We also use the science's projections. For example our simulations are a transposition of the
Computer-assisted learning,
(E.A.O.), in
Teaching Helped by Uke, (E.A.U.). This is a revolution which transforms the Uke(*) (until now passive), in a
paramount actor. He will put Tori (*) in situations that will directly sensitize it with the fundamental theories and
principles.
(*) Uke is the partner who simulates the actions, the aggressions.
(*) Tori is the one who acts, carries out the actions.
