Our method includes 5 fundamentals studies:
*
Giving way (sensibility to the actions of Uke)
*
The 3 directions (sensibility to the reactions of Uke)
*
Simultaneity (best use of energy)
*
Perception (guess the intentions)
*
Kata (discovery of the messages)
Whatever the training is, it will have two sequences that will be applied on and down the tatami:
-
Organized sequence: that means planned and progressive studies. For example: our techniques will be implemented on the spot, on one step, moving in the same direction, with a sequence of movements. But always in sensibility with
THEORIES and ELEMENTS.
-
Disorganized sequence (or "chaos"): in other words, each study will include one part of random and unexpected training. For example,
"Transfer" after executing organized sequences, a new series of actions will be created by Uke, simulator. These actions will be random
" push, pull " in order to familiarize the Tori to unexpected condition of life, and prepare also to Randori (*), Shiai (*).
